The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Chinatown, Little Italy, and Lower Manhattan, making it ideal for solo travelers like me. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly. However, the discrepancies in room sizes, indifferent front desk staff, and maintenance issues like a broken fridge door and loud air conditioner were disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, if you adjust your expectations accordingly, the location and friendly housekeeping staff make the stay worthwhile.

Rooms with fantastic city views, but a bit dated. Noise from slamming doors can be bothersome. Friendly staff, although some cleanliness issues reported. Convenient location near Chinatown, Little Italy, and SOHO. A comfy stay with minor quirks. Great for exploring lower Manhattan!

Just stayed in a hotel downtown NYC. LOVED the amazing service, Kumarie was so friendly. Breakfast room was pretty dark though, better in pics. Would stay again for sure!

I would ask for better signage in the hotel to help seniors navigate the facilities more easily.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near train stations. One standout feature was the enormous glass window in my room, offering stunning views. I had a fantastic time at this hotel.

I had a great stay here in Chinatown. The location was perfect for me. I could walk to a lot of places and there were two subway stations nearby. The staff were friendly, especially the reception desk, and the room service was excellent. The room had everything I needed: ironing facilities, tea and coffee, refrigerator, and free toiletries. The terrace was also a nice spot to relax.

The location of this hotel was amazing! Right in the heart of Chinatown and just a short walk to Little Italy. We loved being able to explore both neighborhoods easily. Plus, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were fine. We could see iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Freedom Tower right from our room. It was amazing.

That the bathroom was a bit small and there was no ceiling fan. This caused some frustration as the whole bathroom would get wet and humid after a shower.

The panoramic views of the city from the rooftop were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being on top of the world, with the glittering city lights spread out below us like a blanket of stars. It was truly a mesmerizing experience.

Loved the plush queen bed with amazing skyline views. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed, and the hotel helped me plan remarkable NYC events. The cookies were a tasty treat. The rooftop had breathtaking panoramic views.

Oh, and who doesn't love a soaking wet carpet and a double bed instead of the queen I booked? Absolutely fabulous.
